The kids had a blast in our fantastic kids' zone, brimming with engaging activities and entertainment. The branding was seamlessly integrated into the venue, creating a visually cohesive and memorable experience.
A diverse team from different countries came together to make this project a success. The venue was adorned with amazing decor, and a beloved cover band that has charmed this company at past events provided the perfect soundtrack.
The festival, where we partnered in the organization, featured exciting masterclasses, a chic beauty zone, an enchanting evening cinema, and breathtaking natural backdrops with sea views that added to the summer vibes. One of the highlights was our drum circle, creating a rhythm that resonated with everyone.
Opening of Office in Amsterdam
We're thrilled to announce the organization of an opening event for a new office in Amsterdam, held for an IT company.
The event was a true spectacle, featuring a charismatic host, a top-tier DJ setting the vibe, and tasteful decor. The atmosphere was simply electric!

Drawing from the client's forward-thinking vision, we conceived «Winter Cyber Neon Gathering» an electrifying event that transported guests through a neon portal into a parallel universe.

From the neon-adorned entrance portal to the themed zones featuring arcade games, silent disco areas, and immersive cinemas, every detail was designed to blur the lines between reality and virtuality.

NEW ROUND TV SHOW
At this New Year's corporate event for an IT company, we transformed the venue into an engaging ambiance, where sophistication reigned, and the decor exuded elegance. It was a non-traditional New Year's celebration, but it was truly a spectacular show.
The evening kicked off with TV stars in attendance: Denis Dudinsky as the host and Anya Shalyutina as the singer, adding charm and style to the event. The true highlight of the evening was the mesmerizing performance by band. Their dynamic renditions of popular hits had the crowd on their feet, dancing until the late hours of the night.
The venue filled with applause and excitement, marking the beginning of a new year brimming with endless possibilities. It was an unforgettable evening that left an indelible impression on our guests, setting the tone for a year filled with adventure and excitement.
NEONVATION NY PARTY
As the curtain rose on 2024, the IT company embarked on a profound rebranding journey, accompanied by a strategic overhaul. Hence, our concept was crafted to encapsulate this transformative odyssey, accentuating innovation and rejuvenation. The fusion of "NEO" signifying the new and "VATION" symbolizing renovation perfectly encapsulated the essence of the company's evolution.
This concept seamlessly melds contemporary elegance for the New Year's celebration. Neon and luminescent elements are strategically employed to underscore the focus on the company's trajectory, shedding light on new possibilities and accomplishments in the forthcoming year.
The atmosphere of the party was further heightened by the inclusion of neon elements, illuminating a radiant path towards the company's future.
TALENT SHOW
We orchestrated 6 incredible events in offices across 6 different countries, all in the format of our Talent Show.
Employees of an IT company took center stage, revealing their finest qualities and expressing their creative essence. The emotional kaleidoscope left indelible impressions on our guests, transforming the event into a captivating journey through talented performances, including rehearsals, soundchecks, and costume selections, all culminating in a series of awe-inspiring shows.
As organizers, we curated a seamless experience, ensuring professionally organized performances that showcased the exceptional talents of the team.
Three events in three different countries in one day – a testament to the flawless collaboration of our team. This project holds special significance for us, and we take pride in being entrusted with such an unforgettable experience.
NY ENERGY PARTY
The New Year’s corporate event organized for an IT company encompassed various elements. It commenced with a daytime quiz held at the office, transitioned into a banquet where guests received support from skilled makeup artists and hairdressers.
Later, an evening banquet took place at one of Vilnius’ most extraordinary venues, the Energy and Technology Museum, situated in the former central power plant. This transformation saw the museum convert into a refined haute cuisine restaurant for the night.
The attendees were not only treated to exquisite food but also enjoyed a captivating show program, guided by a professional host and a DJ who skillfully immersed everyone into the spirit of the New Year, delivering an experience filled with joy and delight.
GATE 19
The IT company, a major player in the gaming industry, hosted a grand celebration organized by Mara Studio, bringing together 190 attendees in the vibrant city of Limassol to commemorate multiple significant milestones.
The event served as a convergence of two key occasions. The primary reason for the festivity was the joyous celebration of company's 19th anniversary. Gate 19, chosen as the venue, became a special gateway to new beginnings, underlining the company's remarkable 19-year journey in the gaming industry.
The second reason is the completion of the employee relocation process. In 2023, IT company orchestrated a significant relocation effort, settling its team members into new homes across Europe and Asia. The celebration at Gate 19 was a symbolic return to the starting point—the "airport," marking the conclusion of this transformative journey.
Halloween Event 2023
We organized a spectacular event for an IT company in Warsaw. With 5 amazing masterclasses, participants crafted dried flower arrangements, carved traditional pumpkins, created stunning pumpkin and flower compositions, handcrafted scented wax candles, and designed autumn wreaths for home decor.
In light of global events, we chose to embrace the serene beauty of autumn instead of the typical blood and gore. Our autumn-themed decor set the perfect mood without any gory or spooky elements. Our approach was to create a tranquil and elegant Halloween setup that enchanted our guests, focusing on soft, autumnal decor that radiated warmth and beauty.
The fantastic catering team kept everyone fueled with delicious treats.
DAMASTER SHOW 2023
DAmaster Show 2023 is a creative cluster that brings together pastry chefs, decorators, photographers/videographers, as well as wedding and corporate event organizers. Internationally renowned pastry chefs develop unique cake concepts and designs, shaping the program for the masterclass and confectionery show.
For 7 days leading up to the show, a unique workshop was organized, united by the main theme of Damaster Show 2023 - "Divine Comedy." Each master of their craft organized workshops to share their knowledge. The culmination of the workshops was the DAmaster Show, where graduates of the cluster demonstrated new skills acquired during the course.
CHURROS DAY
Towards the end of summer, we hosted an exceptional event known as Churros Day. This unique gathering was a departure from the traditional Spanish or Mexican themes and offered a distinctive experience. The vibrant atmosphere welcomed attendees, with English and Polish as the primary languages of communication and connection.
Our DJ curated a playlist of groovy tunes, and the catering exceeded expectations. However, the true highlight of the day was the freshly made churros sizzling on the street. To keep everyone refreshed, we had buckets of ice-cold beer.
In summary, Churros Day was a memorable event catering to an IT company, making it a day to remember at the end of summer.

We transformed the IT company's office into a cozy home-like atmosphere with personalized decor, immersing guests in an ambiance of relaxation and merriment.
An entertaining animator, embodying the role of a displeased neighbor, added a touch of humor and amusement to the evening. Our multilingual team of promoters ensured that everyone felt engaged and included throughout the event.
In different zones, guests participated in enjoyable competitions, while a DJ in a robe created a lively atmosphere. The catering, styled to resemble home party snacks, contributed to an overall feeling of comfort and joy.
STREET MEET EAT FEST
From teambuilding to an unforgettable summer festival! Our event agency took summer celebrations to a whole new level in Poland, near Warsaw. We transformed an ordinary teambuilding into an extraordinary corporate festival, leaving our guests in awe!
Imagine strolling through a vibrant atmosphere filled with mouthwatering street food from around the world. Workshops and master classes added a touch of creativity, and serene lounge areas provided a perfect spot to unwind.
From learning the art of crafting authentic paella and indulgent desserts to handcrafting delightful chocolates, every moment was a delectable delight! For those seeking tranquility, a breathtaking pier offered a tea ceremony and yoga sessions, harmonizing mind and soul.
