Mara Studio transformed an IT company’s office into a cozy, home-like space, creating a warm and informal gathering designed to bring colleagues closer together. Acting as an event agency for IT companies, we focused on atmosphere and personal details that make internal corporate events feel genuine rather than staged.

The client wanted to turn a familiar office environment into a place of comfort and lighthearted interaction. The goal was to create an easy, inclusive format that would encourage communication, laughter, and informal networking without leaving the workspace.

Concept & Atmosphere
The concept was inspired by a relaxed house party. Personalized décor softened the office setting and helped guests instantly switch from a work mindset to a social one. The emphasis was on familiarity, humor, and a sense of shared space where everyone could feel at ease.

Key Experiences & Interaction
Several playful elements shaped the guest experience:

• an entertaining animator playing the role of a disgruntled neighbor, adding humor and surprise
• a multilingual team of promoters ensuring all guests felt involved and comfortable
• interactive zones with light competitions and games
• a DJ in a robe creating an intentionally casual, at-home vibe

These formats naturally supported informal communication and helped turn the evening into one of those engaging corporate events that unfold effortlessly.

Catering was styled as classic home party snacks, reinforcing the feeling of comfort and simplicity. Small, thoughtful details throughout the space contributed to an atmosphere of ease and shared enjoyment.
