OverviewWe were delighted to support the organization of a large-scale summer festival for a leading IT company as an event agency in Cyprus. Held at a stunning seaside location in Limassol, the event brought together around 200 attendees, including children, and was designed as a relaxed Family Day combining leisure, networking, and quality time with loved ones.
Client & TaskThe client aimed to create a warm, inclusive event that would unite employees and their families in an informal setting, while still reflecting the company’s values and visual identity. A strong focus was placed on comfort, shared experiences, and activities suitable for all ages.
Concept & FormatThe festival format blended a classic summer celebration with carefully curated zones and experiences. Acting as a family day event organizer, we ensured the program felt balanced and flexible, allowing guests to move freely between activities and enjoy the day at their own pace.
Key Activities & ExperienceThe event featured a variety of formats designed for both adults and children:
- a dedicated kids’ zone with engaging activities and entertainment
- creative masterclasses and interactive workshops
- a chic beauty zone and an open-air evening cinema
- a drum circle that brought guests together through shared rhythm
The natural sea-view backdrop amplified the relaxed summer atmosphere and made the experience visually memorable.
Design & AtmosphereBranding was seamlessly integrated throughout the venue, creating a cohesive visual environment that reflected the company’s identity. Thoughtful décor and a familiar cover band — already loved by the team from previous events — added emotional continuity and reinforced the company’s internal traditions.
Team & ExecutionA diverse, international team collaborated closely to bring the project to life, coordinating logistics, programming, and on-site execution to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
