Mara Studio orchestrated six Talent Show events across offices in six different countries, turning a familiar format into a powerful series of internal corporate events that put people — not presentations — at the center of attention.

The IT company wanted to strengthen team connections across multiple locations and give employees a platform to express themselves beyond their professional roles. The challenge was to deliver a consistent format internationally, while keeping each local event engaging and authentic.
Concept & Format
The Talent Show format became the core of the experience. Instead of traditional corporate programming, the focus shifted to creativity, self-expression, and emotional connection. Employees stepped into the spotlight, revealing new sides of themselves through music, dance, humor, and heartfelt performances — transforming the series into true corporate team-building events.
Key Experience & Production
The journey went far beyond the final performances. Rehearsals, soundchecks, and costume selections were an integral part of the process, building anticipation and involvement long before showtime. Acting as a team-building event agency, we curated a seamless experience, ensuring:
