Overview
In November 2022, Mara Studio organized a team-building event for a game development team in Warsaw, Poland. The gathering brought together 60 attendees and was designed to support the launch of a new product through a mix of structured collaboration and informal celebration.

Client & Task
The client’s goal was to align the team around an important product milestone while strengthening internal connections. The event needed to balance focused teamwork with a relaxed party atmosphere, giving space both for problem-solving and shared enjoyment.

Format & Flow
The program began with two hours of structured team-building activities centered on creative, non-standard tasks. These sessions encouraged collaboration, fresh thinking, and active participation from all team members.
After the team-building block, the event naturally transitioned into a party format with live music and a rich entertainment program, allowing guests to unwind and celebrate together.

Concept & Atmosphere
The entire experience was built around a festival-style concept. Themed decorations and clearly defined activity zones created a dynamic environment where guests could move freely, interact, and choose how they wanted to engage throughout the evening.
