OverviewMara Studio delivered a large-scale hybrid event with global reach, uniting online and offline audiences into a single, cohesive experience. The project brought together 800 online participants from 26 countries and 200 guests on site, demonstrating our expertise in complex international formats.

This scale required precise coordination and a flexible production approach suited to both live and digital audiences.
Format & ProgramThe program featured panel discussions, keynote speeches, presentations, and multiple media formats. This diversity highlighted the versatility of hybrid event production, allowing different types of content to coexist within a single narrative while keeping engagement high across platforms.
Production & ScenariosTo ensure clarity and seamless interaction, we developed separate scenarios:
- for studio guests appearing on the LED screen
- for the host managing the live flow
- for the streaming team coordinating the broadcast
The live stream ran on three cameras and was supported by full technical and art direction, ensuring a polished and consistent visual experience.
