Our Role
Mara Studio provided end-to-end event project management, overseeing every stage of the celebration from concept to on-site delivery. We developed the visual concept and overall event decoration and design, created the event scenario for the host, and curated the full program to ensure a clear rhythm and engaging guest experience.

Planning & Coordination
Our team selected suitable venues, managed the banquet service, and designed the seating plan and guest placement to support comfortable flow and interaction throughout the evening. We also handled artist booking and turnkey coordination with all contractors, maintaining full control over timelines, communication, and quality.

Production & Technical Direction
In parallel, we supervised the creation of an anniversary motion video about the company and screen graphics, and took responsibility for full technical equipment and showcalling. Comprehensive event production direction on site ensured that every element — from visuals and sound to program pacing — worked together as a single, cohesive experience.
