OverviewFrom teambuilding to an unforgettable corporate summer party — near Warsaw, Mara Studio transformed a classic offsite into a full-scale festival experience. Working as an event agency in Warsaw, we elevated the format into one of those corporate team-building events that feel more like a curated celebration than a traditional team outing.
Client & TaskThe client wanted to rethink the usual team-building format and create a summer event that would energize the team, encourage informal interaction, and offer freedom of choice. The goal was to design an experience where every guest could find their own rhythm — active, creative, or relaxed.
Concept & FormatThe concept was built around a festival-style flow. Instead of a rigid program, guests moved freely between zones, choosing how they wanted to spend their time. This approach allowed the event to feel dynamic yet unforced, combining social interaction, creativity, and rest in equal measure.
Key Experiences & ActivitiesThe program included a wide range of experiences:
- international street food creating a vibrant open-air atmosphere
- creative workshops and masterclasses for hands-on engagement
- culinary sessions, from authentic paella and desserts to chocolate making
- comfortable lounge areas designed for unwinding and conversation
For those seeking tranquility, a scenic pier hosted a tea ceremony and yoga sessions, making relaxation an integral part of our immersive brand experiences.
Evening Program & EntertainmentAs the sun set, the atmosphere shifted naturally. A live music concert set the tone for the evening, followed by a cozy bonfire with roasted marshmallows. Meanwhile, team spirit soared during a lively music quiz, while others enjoyed cocktails in the hookah area or joined friendly games of beer pong and tennis.
ResultGuests were embraced by a warm, caring ambiance where everyone found something to enjoy. The event became more than a teambuilding activity — it turned into a heartfelt festival celebrating team spirit, dedication, and shared moments. It was one of those truly memorable corporate events that stay with people long after summer ends.
