Mara Studio organized a grand celebration for an IT company — a major player in the gaming industry — bringing together 190 guests in Limassol to mark several important milestones. Acting as an iGaming event agency and an event agency in Cyprus, we focused on transforming this date into more than a party, shaping it into a meaningful story about the company’s journey and future.

Client & Task
The client wanted to unite the team after a period of major change and celebrate key achievements in a way that felt symbolic, emotional, and cohesive. The event needed to acknowledge both the company’s history and the personal journeys of its employees.

Concept & Narrative
The celebration was built around two interconnected milestones. The first was the company’s 19th anniversary — a significant marker in its development. Gate 19, chosen as the venue, became a metaphorical gateway to new beginnings, highlighting a confident brand with a 19-year legacy in the gaming industry stepping into its next chapter. Every element of the visual concept and program reinforced this narrative.

Key Milestone: Relocation Journey
The second milestone marked the completion of a large-scale employee relocation process. In 2023, the company relocated team members to new homes across Europe and Asia. Hosting the celebration at Gate 19 symbolized a return to the starting point — “the airport” — and the conclusion of this transformative journey, finally bringing the distributed team together in one place.

Result
The evening became one of those truly memorable corporate events where professional achievements, personal stories, and shared emotions intersected. It reinforced a strong sense of unity and belonging among colleagues now spread across different countries, while celebrating both the company’s past and its future with clarity and intention.
