OverviewIn September 2022, Mara Studio delivered a hybrid event that connected five teams across five different countries through a single live stream. Hosted in Warsaw, the project combined an intimate offline gathering with a broader international online audience, demonstrating an effective and scalable hybrid format.
Client & TaskThe client needed to unite distributed teams in different countries within one shared experience. The key challenge was to ensure equal engagement for both offline and online participants, while maintaining clarity, interaction, and a smooth technical flow.
Format & StructureThe event brought together 20 guests on-site and more than 100 participants online. A compact offline setup was paired with a live stream, allowing remote teams to join in real time and feel fully involved. This approach highlighted the flexibility and reach of hybrid event production.
Experience & InteractionTo support engagement across locations, the setup included:
- a photobooth for on-site guests, integrated into the broadcast
- a live stream designed to keep online participants actively connected
- real-time interaction between offline and online audiences
These elements ensured the experience felt unified rather than split between formats.
Our RoleMara Studio handled coordination across all layers of the event, providing professional online event management and end-to-end event management services. Clear communication, technical control, and precise timing allowed the event to run seamlessly across multiple countries.
ResultThe hybrid format successfully brought international teams together into one cohesive experience. Despite geographical distance, participants shared a single event rhythm, reinforcing connection and collaboration across borders.
