Overview
For this New Year’s celebration, Mara Studio acted as a corporate New Year party organizer, designing a multi-stage experience for an IT company that unfolded gradually throughout the day and culminated in an elegant evening event.

Client & Task
The client wanted a New Year’s event that would feel thoughtful and immersive, combining daytime engagement with a refined evening celebration. The key goal was to create a smooth transition from a casual office format to a memorable festive finale.

Format & Flow
The experience began with a daytime quiz held at the office, setting a light and interactive tone. Later, guests transitioned into a banquet format, where they could relax and prepare for the evening with the support of professional makeup artists and hairdressers, turning the preparation itself into part of the celebration.

Venue & Atmosphere
As an event agency for international companies, we selected one of Vilnius’ most extraordinary locations for the evening banquet — the Energy and Technology Museum, housed in a former central power plant. For one night, the industrial space was transformed into a refined haute cuisine restaurant, creating a striking contrast between the historical architecture and the contemporary New Year’s celebration.

Entertainment & Design
Guests enjoyed exquisite food alongside a carefully curated show program led by a professional host and DJ. Thoughtful event decoration and design, combined with lighting and music, shaped a festive yet elegant atmosphere that guided guests seamlessly into the spirit of the New Year.

Result
The event marked the start of the year with joy, shared memories, and a strong sense of unity. By balancing structure, atmosphere, and celebration, the New Year’s gathering became one of those memorable corporate events that resonate long after the final toast.
