Overview
For this flagship New Year’s celebration, Mara Studio set out to create not just a show, but a self-contained universe — a fully immersive large-scale corporate event where every touchpoint, from staging and visuals to the guest journey, unfolded as part of one continuous story.

Client & Vision
Working closely with the client, we translated their mythology into a cohesive live experience. The goal was to merge technology, performance, and interaction into a single narrative, turning the event into a living world rather than a sequence of separate program elements.

Space & Visual Centerpiece
The event space was completely transformed. At its core stood a custom-built, wave-shaped 16-meter LED screen displaying original visual content created specifically for the storyline. This centerpiece became the heart of the immersive event production, setting the visual rhythm for the entire night.
The layout was carefully zoned to encourage fluid movement between:

• interactive activity areas
• lounge and social spaces
• photo installations
• bars and catering zones

This spatial design supported a natural, intuitive guest flow characteristic of a well-executed large-scale event.

Interactive Experiences
Guest engagement was driven by distinctive interactive formats:

• the Parfum Bar, where guests created their own signature scent and took it home
• the Music of the Plants zone, allowing visitors to experiment with live DJ sets played on botanical instruments
• the Wish-Making Zone, hosted by the “Goddess of Desires,” inviting guests to symbolically send intentions into the future

These activations showcased our ability to craft creative event concepts that blend storytelling with hands-on interaction.

Entertainment & Narrative
Entertainment was deeply integrated into the storyline. The evening opened with a choral performance of the ancient legend of the Serpent, immediately immersing guests in a mythical atmosphere. A live orchestra underscored key transitions throughout the night, while conceptual Vogue-style dance performances expressed the duality and spirit of the Green Serpent.
Show-based challenges and symbolic rituals kept guests actively involved, sustaining a sense of discovery from beginning to end.

Our Role
Mara Studio managed the project end-to-end, delivering comprehensive event management services across all stages:

• creative development, scripting, and art direction
• program design and artist booking
• technical and banquet management
• event stage design, spatial planning, and scenic construction
• creation of bespoke visual content

Seamless on-site execution was ensured through close coordination of all departments.

Result & Documentation
The entire experience was captured through real-time reportage photography and cinematic video production, creating a rich archive of visual content for future communications. The result was a fully realized event universe — immersive, expressive, and flawlessly executed — where story, space, and performance worked together as one.
