The client approached Mara Studio with a task to organize a large-scale New Year event for 400 employees — something creative, modern, and aligned with the company’s strong internal culture. The goal was to design a format that would engage people emotionally, connect teams, and leave a strong impression to close the year.
We developed the full event concept and production under the name Sensation, built around a central creative symbol — the Green Serpent. This image represented transformation and renewal, tying the event together visually and thematically.
Our goal was to create a coherent and immersive atmosphere where every element — from spatial design to digital content — worked together as one story.
Suspended above the main area, a 25-meter kinetic Serpent sculpture became the central visual and conceptual symbol of the evening. The installation moved dynamically and appeared across digital screens as an animated character, creating a seamless connection between the physical and virtual space. Its voice set the rhythm of the program, while the stage host acted as its representative, linking performances and interactions into a single storyline.
The venue layout supported this sense of unity and flow. A wave-shaped 16-meter LED screen, custom-built for the event, displayed visual content synchronized with the narrative. The space was divided into zones that allowed guests to move freely between activities, lounges, photo installations, bars, and catering areas — maintaining visual continuity and an uninterrupted atmosphere throughout the evening.
Among the most popular zones were:
- Parfum Bar, where guests created personalized scents to take home
- Music of the Plants, where visitors could experiment with sound using botanical instruments
- Wish-Making Zone, which invited guests to share their goals for the upcoming year
The entertainment program combined live music, vocal performances, and choreographed shows.
