Overview
Mara Studio took part in an innovative international project — the Scatters Club Streamers Awards — which set a new benchmark as the world’s first event recognizing excellence in gambling streaming. Through this project, we demonstrated our expertise as an iGaming event agency, working at the intersection of content, community, and technology.

Client & Task
The goal was to create a large-scale, transparent, and engaging awards format that would unite streamers, audiences, and industry professionals worldwide. The project needed to combine community-driven mechanics, data-based evaluation, and a fully digital format accessible to an international audience.

Format & Structure
The awards unfolded in three key stages:

• Application submission
• Audience and star-studded jury voting
• Online broadcast of the Streamers Awards

This structure allowed the project to grow organically over time, maintaining audience engagement and credibility throughout the entire cycle.

Scale & Reach
The response exceeded expectations:

• nearly 1,000 applications submitted
• around 176 streamers competing for recognition
• a 62-day award journey
• 15 winners announced for 2023

Ten winners were selected through public and jury voting, while five additional winners were chosen based on performance statistics provided by Casinolitics, the award’s official data partner. In addition to streamers, casino providers were also recognized, highlighting the relevance of the project for the broader gaming event production ecosystem.

Our Role
From December 2023 to February 2024, Mara Studio acted as the project management partner, leading complex event project management processes. Our responsibilities included stakeholder coordination, timeline synchronization, and clear communication between the organizer, partners, and the global community.

The project also allowed our team to deepen expertise in virtual event production, as well as in community engagement and digital marketing strategies tailored to niche industries such as gambling streaming.

Result
The Scatters Club Streamers Awards became a landmark digital initiative for the industry, successfully combining scale, transparency, and engagement. For Mara Studio, the project reinforced our ability to manage complex, long-running international initiatives and deliver high-impact results with precision and creativity.
