The client set an ambitious goal: deliver a bold, memorable event with a true wow-effect — while making each of 700+ discerning guests feel genuinely cared for. As a corporate event agency, Mara Studio approached it as a full-cycle project, covering concept development, creative, design, and scenography, technical planning, production, and on-site execution through comprehensive event project management.

The theme — iconic 1950s American aesthetic — was proposed by the client’s board and became the foundation for a format the company had never tried before. Built around the project slogan, “Spark the past. Rock the future”, we transformed the venue into a highly detailed, interactive environment, with custom-made décor elements and storytelling-driven event design and production visible in every zone.

A major challenge came 1.5 months before the event: after three months of preparation for a different concept, the client requested a complete shift for internal business goals. We rebuilt the entire project from scratch under a compressed timeline — new creative, new layouts, new production solutions, and updated stage design for corporate events standards, while keeping the experience seamless for guests. The scale of delivery included 36 hours of stage construction and an on-site team of around 200 people (production, technical crew, promoters, decorators, catering, and more).
