The client set an ambitious goal: deliver a bold, memorable event with a true wow-effect, while making each of 700+ discerning guests feel genuinely cared for. As a corporate event agency, Mara Studio approached the project as a full-cycle delivery, covering concept development, creative, design and scenography, technical planning, production, and on-site execution through comprehensive event project management.

Concept & Creative Direction
The theme — an iconic 1950s American aesthetic — was proposed by the client’s board and became the foundation for a format the company had never explored before. Built around the slogan “Spark the past. Rock the future,” the concept translated nostalgia into a forward-looking experience.
We transformed the venue into a highly detailed, interactive environment, where custom-made décor elements and storytelling-driven event design and production were visible in every zone, shaping a cohesive guest journey.

Challenge & Adaptation
A critical challenge emerged just 1.5 months before the event. After three months of preparation for a different concept, the client requested a complete creative shift driven by internal business goals.
Under a compressed timeline, we rebuilt the entire project from scratch — introducing new creative ideas, updated layouts, fresh production solutions, and revised stage design for corporate events — while ensuring the experience remained seamless for guests.

Scale & Execution
The scale of delivery reflected the complexity of the task:

• 36 hours of continuous stage construction
• an on-site team of approximately 200 specialists, including production and technical crews, promoters, decorators, catering teams, and coordinators

Precise planning and coordination allowed all elements to come together smoothly, despite the shortened preparation window.

Result
The final event delivered both emotional impact and operational precision. Guests experienced a bold, immersive atmosphere, while the client received a flawlessly executed project — a clear demonstration of Mara Studio’s ability to manage large-scale transformations through disciplined event project management and creative resilience.
