OverviewMara Studio organized a creative corporate event in Warsaw for an IT company, transforming an autumn gathering into a hands-on experience focused on creativity, calm, and connection. The event was designed as a relaxed alternative to traditional seasonal formats, emphasizing participation over spectacle.
Client & TaskThe client wanted a team-focused event that would feel warm and restorative, offering employees a chance to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a shared experience outside of the usual work rhythm. A key requirement was to avoid classic Halloween clichés and create a more elegant seasonal atmosphere.
Concept & FormatThe concept centered on the serene beauty of autumn. Instead of spooky visuals, the event embraced natural materials, soft colors, and tactile activities. The format was built around a series of creative workshops, turning the evening into a meaningful team-building event with personal, take-home results.
Key Activities & ExperienceThe program included five creative masterclasses:
- dried flower arrangements
- traditional pumpkin carving
- pumpkin-and-flower compositions
- hand-poured scented wax candles
- autumn wreaths for home décor
These workshops encouraged focus, creativity, and informal conversation, showing how engaging corporate events can be built around simple, well-curated experiences.
Design & AtmosphereAutumn-themed décor set the tone with muted shades, natural textures, and warm lighting. The visual environment felt calm and inviting, creating a space where guests could comfortably immerse themselves in the process rather than rush from activity to activity.
ResultSeasonal catering complemented the experience with comforting, autumn-inspired treats. The evening became one of those truly memorable corporate events where colleagues relax, create something with their own hands, and share sincere moments together — leaving with both tangible keepsakes and a renewed sense of connection.
