In December 2022, Mara Studio organized a cozy corporate event in Warsaw for 60 guests, hosted at the Roof Bar on the 21st floor. The format was designed as an elegant yet relaxed evening that encouraged conversation, connection, and enjoyment of the city views.

The client wanted a classic corporate gathering with a warm, intimate atmosphere — a space where guests could unwind, socialize freely, and celebrate together without a rigid program or formal structure.

Concept & Atmosphere
The concept focused on simplicity and comfort. Panoramic views over Warsaw created a natural backdrop, while the Roof Bar setting supported an easy, unforced flow throughout the evening. This approach reflected a timeless format of corporate events where atmosphere and guest experience take priority.
