About event

On a warm Mediterranean island where winter rarely visits, we brought Christmas to life—only to have it stolen. Our logic was simple: since the island stays warm, Santa’s holiday home belongs right here, which made it the ultimate target for the Grinch to sabotage. Two guest teams stepped straight into an immersive storyline, shaping the narrative without anyone knowing where the wild ride would lead.

‍

The Narrative Arc

The backbone of the event wasn't just the sheer number of activity zones or the festive decor—it was a sharp, high-stakes conflict. Crisp, dramatic, and unmistakable. Guests were thrown right into the clash between Santa’s cozy holiday warmth and the Grinch’s rebellious spirit. The venue communicated the narrative instantly through immersive set design: a fallen crystal chandelier, an upside-down Christmas tree, and a clear choice—either save the holiday or join the chaos.

‍

Three Immersive Spaces

We split the venue into three distinct zones: an outdoor holiday fair featuring mulled wine and a retro car, a dedicated kids’ marquee, and the main hall—Santa’s House. Stage screens displayed a live scorecard as guests earned points through interactor challenges (from Santa’s glitter bar to the Grinch’s neon silent battle), donning branded beanies that visually split the room into two camps. The rivalry escalated into a "pop vs. rock" karaoke battle, reaching its peak when the Grinch killed the lights with an ultimatum: no Christmas without snow. He wanted snow? We gave him snow! Guests made their wishes under a cascading fall of snow cannons, bringing winter to the island at last.

Results

The storyline turned eight hours into a fully immersive experience where guests didn't just watch the show—they drove its outcome. Every attendee chose a side, moving from passive spectators to active co-creators of the night. The Santa vs. Grinch rivalry provided a seamless narrative thread from arrival to finale, bridging three venues, two generations, and eight hours into one unforgettable experience. Wow, did we really pull that off?
