New Year's Eve in Cyprus always brings a bit of cognitive dissonance: it's December, nearly +20°C outside, and somewhere in that picture, you need to find room for a winter fairytale. We decided to bring that fairytale to life through a sense of wonder — building a distinct universe with the hands of the guests themselves.
Instead of a controlled corporate show, we brought ten employees onto the stage for a genuine talent performance, jumping straight into preparations alongside professional coaches. The core format prioritized support over competition: the jury awarded only likes and hearts, while the audience passionately rallied behind their peers. It had been a long time since the team was this captivated by every single second on stage. The preparation journey became an event in its own right, with intro videos showing colleagues' reactions to the transformations played right before each act.
We divided the venue into dedicated zones to cater to different relaxation styles. Guests could get a quick makeover with neon glitter at the Glow Bar, catch a trendy Labubu plushie in the Grip ’n’ Gift claw machine, craft a disco-ball Christmas ornament at the Disco Bauble Lab, or help build a glowing neon plexiglass installation in the Snowart zone. Meanwhile, screens were installed across all areas so guests could follow the main show from anywhere without stepping away from the activities.
A corporate event where internal team members take the stage works completely differently than an evening with a hired headliner: people don't just applaud the performance, but the colleague they were in a video call with that very morning. Yet behind the effortless vibe of the night was complete production management: concept development, stage design, custom staging, execution, and a level of service where every guest received their moment of attention and a personalized experience.
