Summer always promises a festival vibe: live music under the open sky, bright colours, street food and the feeling that the whole day is still ahead. For a passionate IT team, we created the atmosphere of a real Latin American fiesta, with a daytime market to the sound of mariachi, fiery dancing and heartfelt conversations by the campfire as night fell.
The concept: exotic colour and a spirit of freedom
We didn’t limit ourselves to the traditions of one country. Instead, we brought together the spirit of a southern celebration: lush exotic flowers, bright décor, quesadillas, micheladas and rhythms in the style of Camila Cabello. Everything was planned to be loud, warm, and full of energy, perfectly matching the character of the company.
Adventure routes: 10 different paths to explore
- Taste and atmosphere. At the entrance, an authentic mariachi quartet welcomed guests and led them to a lively market. Piles of ripe melons and watermelons, fresh fruit, grilled corn, hot quesadillas and nachos set the flavour of the day.
- Creativity and relaxation. Along the quiet paths, creative life was in full swing, with workshops on weaving flower crowns, bright Day of the Dead make-up and tropical cocktail mixology.
- Thrills and energy. Fans of intrigue headed to the Bandidos zone, our own version of Mafia played in painted Day of the Dead masks. Nearby, guests hunted for piñatas full of sweets hidden among the garlands, visited a tarot reader, and discovered kind predictions.
- Movement. Professional dancers got guests dancing bachata and salsa and kept the fun at its peak.
- The real fire. As darkness fell, the venue sank into the soft glow of the campfire. The mood became more intimate: guests gathered around the fire and shared their memories of the day to live Latin hits from the cover band.
Just the numbers
- 120 guests
- 10+ entertainment and themed zones
- 6 mariachi musicians
- 2 piñatas with 10 kg of sweets
- 1 campfire that brought everyone together
The result
We designed every metre of the venue to spark emotions and great photos. Guests broke piñatas, danced, bluffed their way through Mafia and simply enjoyed the moment, with no long waits or queues. Behind this easy, carefree feeling was precise logistics that turned a complex scenario into a seamless southern celebration. And what southern fiesta doesn’t stay in your memory like a bright, exotic flower?
