When a project is under a strict NDA, the best proof of skill is what usually stays behind the scenes. Here is how we designed and delivered a six-hour summer festival for 400 employees of an international IT company in Paphos. Behind the event’s easy, effortless feel was careful coordination between teams.
Six hours is a full daytime programme. The task is to keep the audience engaged, which means changing the pace smoothly as the Cyprus sun moves across the sky. We built the scenario not as a timetable but as an intuitive route through nine themed locations, each taking guests into a different mood:
The biggest mistake at large corporate events is a single food station and one central bar, which lead to 20-minute queues. For hundreds of IT specialists, we designed a decentralised food map: we spread the bars (including the Secret Bar) and catering points around the whole venue. The result: free movement, zero bottlenecks, and as much time as possible for rest and conversation.
The real magic of good event management is that perfect organisation goes completely unnoticed by the guests. People simply enjoyed the moment, moved easily between zones and had a bright, full day where everything seemed to fall into place on its own, leaving them full of energy and lightness. And behind that effortless lightness is the precise work of a big team and our usual professional standards, just wrapped in the brightest, most vibrant packaging.
